This one day workshop is designed to introduce new ADs and those with limited experience to the ins and outs of athletic administration. Topics will be presented by DAANJ trustees and experienced ADs from around the state and will include, but not limited to, DAANJ basics (membership, AMP platform, annual workshop), NIAAA Professional development and certification, Mental Health, Time Management, Getting Connected, Goal Setting, Coaching relationships and more.
